The Department of Tourism Davao is pleased to    launch its MICE Desk to assist planners and    organizers succeed in their MICE programs and    projects in the Davao region. The desk will be    equipped with necessary information about MICE.

Our Services
Planning Information and Advice

1. Provide professional, impartial and free advice on holding your MICE in Davao
2. Provide you a directory of conference centers, hotels, event, venues, tour operators and professional congress and events     organizers in the region
3. Link you to local associations and government units that can  help your MICE succeed
4. Assistance in creating your “bid book”.

Promotions

1. A DVD on “Davao: From Islands to Highlands” for use during bid meetings or socials
2. Link your event website to our MICE website or include in our list of events in the site
3. Images for your bid books, invitations, and other collaterals

Arrival Resources

1. Use of the DOT information Counters at the Davao Internationl Airport (arrival and departure)
2. 50 welcome kits and leis for MICE with 300 to 500 delegates
3. 100 welcome kits and leis for MICE with at 500 to 1,000 delegates
4. One time full airport reception (VIP Lounge, lei reception and cultural performance) for MICE with at least 1,000 delegates
